Lol thanks. I take yoga twice a week, do about 30 min of cardio 4 times a week and work on target areas on machines at the gym 3-4 times a week. The ab workouts on here will help. Do you know how to look for them?
Thank you. I've been working out regularly for about 6 months. I take yoga at my gym twice a week and do cardio and strength the other 3 days. I have 2 kids so it's a lot of chicken, mac and cheese lol kid friendly food. I just portion myself and eat lots of fruits and vegetables as well. I've been wanting to eat healthier but Its hard.
I i cant Believe you have two kids!!!! How old is your youngest? My daughter is 19 months old and I know it's about proper portion :) you're def an inspiration!
