Liberty, you are not alone. Sometimes the pain in my knee and other stress, not of my creation, try to drag me down. But I defy them, jump out of bed, put on music, and exercise to normalcy. It is not easy but you will feel better tomorrow due to your workout today. Have a pleasant evening.
