Did this yesterday but forgot to log it. Hiked up koko crater railway, 1000 ft up over about 3/4 of a mile. Total mileage around 6.

Continuous incline up 1000 ft over 1 mile, then back down the hill in a controlled fall. I did it in "sprint" intervals today (sprint being a relative term at 5-10% incline). My eventual goal is to be able to run the whole thing at at least a 12 min pace.
