Yeah, having a lot of fun with this extra 20ish lab of weight I've put on! A winter of squats/deadlifts helped. It was heavy sled pulling & kettlebell today. I tend to do 30-45mins weightlifting then 30mins of some kind of crossfit/HIIT. I take a day off when my body quits on me which can be any day!! Haha

Current shape after MONTHS of bad eating, injury to my shoulder & piss-poor workouts!! The only thing that's redeemed my is the fact I've done a lot of crossfit which kept the calories burning

I'm very well Matthias (well, I've been sick for a couple of weeks, but apart from that!). I tried to use Skimble again for my workouts, but it was tricky because it's really busy at my gym and sometimes you've gotta fight to get on something! Plus, I've been carrying a couple of injuries so I've been working out intuitively for a while to give my body a chance to heal.. All good in my world though!
