I have always loved health and fitness. When I was in grade school, being in shape was easy. I was always active, playing sports, running around, etc. And my eating habits were terrible. Had the luxury of eating anything without gaining weight. However, as I got older it became more challenging. In high school I began to gain weight after being inactive due to a broken collar bone. I stayed this way for a few years telling myself it was muscle and that I was still like before. I finally got tired of feeling exhausted and not being able to perform as well as I used to. So I decided it was time to get in shape. Like most people, eating habits were the toughest to change. But here I am now. A personal trainer willing to help others. If I can do it so can you!
