About

I have always loved health and fitness. When I was in grade school, being in shape was easy. I was always active, playing sports, running around, etc. And my eating habits were terrible. Had the luxury of eating anything without gaining weight. However, as I got older it became more challenging. In high school I began to gain weight after being inactive due to a broken collar bone. I stayed this way for a few years telling myself it was muscle and that I was still like before. I finally got tired of feeling exhausted and not being able to perform as well as I used to. So I decided it was time to get in shape. Like most people, eating habits were the toughest to change. But here I am now. A personal trainer willing to help others. If I can do it so can you!

Of course they do. Strength exercises are excellent for weight loss. Cardio burns more while you're performing it but strength training can burn more during the day since it takes more to keep your muscles pumped and blood flowing. Raise that metabolism. That's why I also prefer HIIT over traditional Cardio.

main this my first time i know i feeling it cause my body id not sore but tender cause when the docter to me to workout 30 minutes 6 weeks i do 15mintes or somes even longer. just so my blood pressure go down but it's starting get fun every second i wotk out
