Heidi, awesome workout ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿบ๐Ÿ…. My cardio machine was a stepper. I caught myself thinking that 5 minutes is not enough, you need at least 40 ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘. Sometimes, in winter, when there is too much snow and bad weather, I walked up the stairs, and this training is perfect for winter evenings. Thank you, I really liked ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿบ๐Ÿ…๐ŸฆŠ

So today I am finishing my challenge. It started on September 14th and finished on October 8th. 29 workouts were done. I sat at the wall for 4 hours ๐Ÿ˜ค๐ŸคŸ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ’ช. According to the data, 2491 calories were burned. I liked this test of my own willpower, discipline and physical fitness.
