Hey there I'm Kimi Sue thanks for your interest in allowing me the opportunity to assist in your journey to a more physically fit life. I'm I fitness junkie whose always been very active..... I'm freshly 30 years young a mother of 4 an a last semester college student..... I'm very down to earth an hyper......im ADHD high energy equipt an is all about positive energy of the mental thoughts..... Mental health in my opinion is extremely important an fitness is the paved way for that... in order to adequately live day in an day out in hopes to attain a successful an fit life...... I'm the youngest of 12 an has always been deemed as the camellion oddball out... I'm a very personable person so don't get scared at my sincere care an wonder about you an your well being.....im a very empathic none religious yet heavily spiritual individual I believe that the world is a awesome battle field in need of being saved with hugs listening ears and HiiT workouts lastly ill say I'm not one of those fitness gurus whose heavily on some special or modified vegan or vegetarian diet..... I honestly believe that we as people should be able to eat littlerly whatever we like whenever we like however we like..... I feel the key is staying active..... Without a desire, you won’t change much. You simply will not have the will or energy to go for it. You simply drift from one thing to the next not actually doing anything..... There must be a desire that erupts within you that says ‘I am no longer prepared to stay as I am, but I want to grow and be successful healthy and fit which in turn makes way for a happy life .’ A desire for change within you will cause you to become an agent of change. ....Go for it, my friend, and Keep Thinking Big. When it comes to success, you’re better off hopping to it than hoping for it.
