About

Coming from a family that wasn't really health savvy, it made it easy to fall victim to the same bad habits. With a daily diet of unbalanced meals growing up created an environment for disaster. By the time I became an adult I was fed up after seeing close family members pass away from poor health. I set out to become a personal trainer for these reason. People need help unlocking true potential that is truly loving ones self and teaching others the same. To reach 1, is to teach 1.

Ive been doing good since converting over to being a vegan. I start the 1st of this month and havent turned back. It is rather easy for me to dial in and commit to it. Meal planning is a vital tool in the success of it though. Protein sources are important like: tofu, beans, soy, veggies containing protein. So, give it a try if you havent because it could be what your missing. Dont give up the fight and reach out for help. Shalom
