I started working out when I was really young because of my asthma, it was recommended to increase my lung strength. As I got older I realized that the more I focused on my training the better I felt so it drove me to find out what else I could do to improve myself. I became a personal trainer about 3 years ago to help others achieve what I had, it's so much more satisfying to achieve your goals when you start with a disadvantage. I always tell my clients that today is an opportunity to be better than you were yesterday .When I started my journey I couldn't be active for more than 30 minutes at a time. Now I barely have any issue with my asthma other than the occasional seasonal allergies!
