From a reply to another status update. I have fibromyalgia and was always told to take it easy, to sleep more, many don'ts in general. When I started exercising it was very painful (felt like puking in class), the soreness wouldn't let me sleep from the pain, wouldn't be able to walk properly or face the stairs after a session of mat pilates, I was having a very bad time provoking myself many flares. Now two years into it I'm the one in class that keeps best with the teacher, I sleep properly, take fewer meds and wake up rested...
