About Me

Growing up I believed that skinny was healthy and was important to acceptance. I have learned that my overall health is what's important. Not a size. Not a number on the scale. Being able to play with my littles and keep up with my teens. Sometimes even telling them to try and keep up with me! Feeling like I'm full of life and not limited to minimal activities. Feeling strong and energetic and not easily fatigued. These are the things that make me feel good, that keep me going. These are the things I want others to realize they can do too! At my age I love learning how much I still can do! I want others to feel that too and not give up on themselves. We are amazing beings! Let me help you see that!
