Is it possible to lose a 100lbs Feb 2018 even with Rhumatoid Arthritis ?

A healthy weight loss is between 1-4 lbs per month. However, depending on your BF your body could potientialy lose more then that per month at first. With RA I would recommend you speak with your Doctor and a registered dietitian. RA is something out of my scope of practice (without doctor and a dietitian's recommendations).
