About Me

Once I decided to become a STOTT Pilates Instructor, I obtained an in-depth training of body anatomy, how our body moves and what muscles are being involved, how to program custom workouts. Mat pilates are easy to do at home, but very functional for the body. They help not only to build strength, but to maintain flexibility of the spine and mobility of joins.
