About Me

I am a wife and mother to 5 children under 10. My family is complete and now time to work on myself. I also work a full-time job about 40-50 hours a week so find it impossible to go to a gym. Hoping this app helps!

YES! mine did. But it's about what you eat too. You have to provide the protein to support your muscle growth. Google how much proteins a woman should have. then add more because you want it to grow, you have to target your glutes , literally I was doing 300 squats a day plus booty pops wo's anything for the bum:-) I honestly saw a good Change in the firmness and shape. I've been on here for 2 and a half years now. I love it. it's really helped me to focus. and I haven't had to pay for a gym membership. I did for a couple of months earlier this year, but I was able to cancel thank God...because I didn't enjoy going. Especially when it was busy. 😝😹...doing it at home should be easier for you, with kids. They will be proud of you for looking after yourself you know πŸ˜‰πŸ’‹

So I was finally able to turn my phone back on. My life has been a roller coaster ride for the past month. I've been under enormous amounts of stress and my anxiety has sky rocketed. I am trying to get back on track and look up from here.

I also get anxiety, and this wo if you can face it, is only about 7 minutes long and it's called stress mass bust . it's really helped my mind after I do it. I hope you can bring yourself up to do it and see how you feel😚 hope to see you here again soon. Maybe just a little five minutes wo a day might get you in the swing of things. you don't have to think 'go hard or go home' .. (even though you are probably at home😹)...you can do little things...hope you're on top form again...

If you have resistance bands, putting those around your ankles and jumping up your stairs is a great butt workout.
