   Chris is a positive, personable and energetic NASM certified personal trainer and HiiT/ Interval Coach from Toledo, Ohio. Chris has many years of experience helping teenagers, athletes, busy parents and young adults from across the globe, develop good healthy habits, gain confidence and build consistency by empowering them to take control of their health and fitness. He has an extensive background in agility training, endurance, speed, strength and conditioning. He is a former collegiate athlete who incorporates a integrated and systematic approach to his client's sessions. Targeting both aerobic and anaerobic exercise to help clients stay motivated and engaged.
