About Me

   I  am a proud husband to a lovely, hard working wife and father to four amazingly gifted daughters. I live a busy and hectic lifestyle like most parents.  Work obligations, school events, quality time with family and friends all contributes to the lack time to take care of my own health. A few years ago, I decided to take control of my own fitness and nutrition by any means. I developed a time efficient program to bring together my past experience in sports and athletics with my current life style and fitness level. This program establishes a stable and flexible foundation to prevent injury and uses resistance, body weight  and cardio intervals, at low and high intervals to produce amazing life long results.
