About Me

My fitness journey began in High School and college where I was a track and football athlete. I gained the knowledge and skill required to compete at a high level using power speed and strength. 20 years later, im a former stay-at-home father of four girls and husband to a lovely wife. I have learned the importance of staying healthy and strong to have the energy and strength to be forever young. Bringing together experience from the past and the present makes my workouts perfect for every Fitness level. Fit for Life
