   Husband, Father, Certified Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Professional. I'm a former Collegiate Athlete with over 20 years of experience in Athletic Performance and Everyday Life Performance. I've trained myself and competed at a high level. I've helped athletes get stronger and faster. I've also helped everyday moms and dads fit exercise into a busy life schedule. I have 3 passions in life Family, Health and Fitness My mission is to share my passion and make the world a happier and healthier place.
