ICUfit TRAINING is a personal training/strength and conditioning service that sets itself apart by strategically using multiple training styles to increase the rate at which you get results. I specialize in highly effective and creative 30-MINUTE WORKOUTS! My unique program is motivated by my own personal fitness successes. After a radical transformation and the loss of 62lbs, I devoted myself to the art of helping others get fit and live well. All you need to do is devote 2% of your day to get healthy and fit.
