Over 24years of working out, at one time I weighed 310lbs and did competitive powerlifting, lost weight and ran marathons, started eating clean a few years ago and went for the "cut" look which is where I am at now in life enjoying every day! Meal plans, personal training sessions, workout routines, sports strength and conditioning for kids, adult strength and endurance training!
