About Me

I have a unique background of working closely with differently abled folks, traveling, and teaching, along with a lifelong interest in fitness, nutrition, and health. I leveled up my involvement in fitness just as I was starting a family, and my experience with trying to get the most out of my time in the gym taught me a lot. I finally decided to combine my experience with my passion. done this twice in the past week or two. playing catch up on legs and cardio and this one's good for both! plus Everytime i go back to my main big lifts, after months of "light" lifting using single leg exercises and other stability challenges, my main lifts do not decrease the way your average gym bro would fear, in fact, I made some gains!
