I have a unique background of working closely with differently abled folks, traveling, and teaching, along with a lifelong interest in fitness, nutrition, and health. I leveled up my involvement in fitness just as I was starting a family, and my experience with trying to get the most out of my time in the gym taught me a lot. I finally decided to combine my experience with my passion. Now I'm living my dream applying my unique combination of insight, empathy, and knowledge, to helping others in similar situations discover their own potential (and feel good when they try on clothes)
