About Me

I have a unique background of working closely with differently abled folks, traveling, and teaching, along with a lifelong interest in fitness, nutrition, and health. I leveled up my involvement in fitness just as I was starting a family, and my experience with trying to get the most out of my time in the gym taught me a lot. I finally decided to combine my experience with my passion. Now I'm living my dream applying my unique combination of insight, empathy, and knowledge, to helping others in similar situations discover their own potential (and feel good when they try on clothes) Wanna feel good about your body and what it can do? ok last time i did this i completed it so thought I'd up the intensity a bit. threw 20lbs on the bar for 65lb RDLs & squats, then tried to do 15 reps of everything each round without extending the time at all. haha no way. i barely got through round 3 & started dying on round 4. now I'm dead. RIP

did this earlier today. honestly have no idea how long our gym is... I put more plates on the sled each round till it was up to 270lbs. the carry was 115lbs, and I did an extra exercise each round where I threw the 16lb medicine ball half the gym length twice to get down the length.
