About Me

I have a unique background of working closely with differently abled folks, traveling, and teaching, along with a lifelong interest in fitness, nutrition, and health. I leveled up my involvement in fitness just as I was starting a family, and my experience with trying to get the most out of my time in the gym taught me a lot. I finally decided to combine my experience with my passion.
