About Me

I got into training after an injury, ironically, and was fascinated by the process of optimizing my health completely. This led me to forgo my engineering degree to pursue a career in fitness. My goal is to help my clients develop a fitness practice like the one that helped me overcome the most stressful times in my life. The ability to convey that knowledge to others while seeing them achieve real results is what fuels my passion.
