I Am 28 Years Old And Have 2 kids. 11/9/13 I Started The Ab/squat Challenge. Next Month I Will Do The Burpee Challenge And I Plan To Continue With The AB/Squat As I Go. January.. My Goal Is Insanity!

not gonna lie, almost skipped my workout today. but i made myself go anyways and it was probably one of my better workouts lol! been giving myself a bit of a "diet" break this week. mostly for my own sanity and to satisfy a few cravings. still eating healthy meals just Letting myself indulge a bit. next week i will be refocused on some new goals 😊

week 3 almost done! feeling less sore this week and able to complete all of my sets without failing. I'll give it another week i think and up it from 2 sets each to 3. the full routine calls for 4 of each. I'm getting there lol. feeling good

i bought the same fat% device that my gym uses, and it confirmed approx 4% down since that measurement! the #s were about 1% off from each other (device higher than tape measure)

almost done with week 2 of being back to the gym. sore as hell but it's a good and temporary hurt lol bought stance pink lemonade bcaas and forzapro vanilla protien, both of them so good! the protien was like a sweet treat after my workout 😻 πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

i followed the basic rules of the hcg diet.it's now called pounds and inches (takes a bit of googling to find the right one) its the modernized version. i had previously done the hcg diet about 6 or 7 years ago so i knew what to expect. this diet is way easier to follow. I call it my diet reset. and maybe that's what it is lol.
