I've always been into fitness. It became more serious for me after I had my fourth child and just became lazy. I felt that challenging myself through fitness, would not only alter my physical form, but it would show me how to properly direct others in the right direction. So fitness is my business,lol.

If you are NOT serious, you will NOT get the results you are looking for. Goal setting for physical appearance requires more than a trainer or coach guiding you. I'm no drill seargent, but I do EXPECT you to give it your all. There are a lot of people "claiming" to be trainers. I have 6 years behind me with REPEAT clients that are showing progress...so yeah...I'm a "REAL" trainer/COACH.
