About Me

November 1 2013 I weighed 180 lbs and 22.5% body fat. Had a fitness assessment my evaluator informed me I was grossly out of shape. I was so humiliated, I'll never forget that day. That day has motivated the **** out of me ever since. October 26, 2018 I have 8.2% body fat

Played my hitting partner and lost 6-2,6-1. Lost 10 straight games. Mercifully I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Tennis season is winding down. My performance this year has been atrocious. I deserve some punishment now
