Got a PR of 145lb 😺☺💪 Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps): AMRAP 12 Minutes 15 Box Jumps (24inch) 12 Toes to Bar (coach said to scale to v-ups instead) 9 Deadlifts (went light at115 lbs) *My performance was 5 rounds + 12reps

Part A/skills was: --7 min EMOM of push press, push jerk & split jerk --5 min EMOM of Snatch practice (hip drive, high hang, low hang, full w/ overhead squat attempts) Metcon/WOD (for time): 4 rounds of Triceps/ring Dip - 10 Reps. back Squats - 15 Reps. Double-Unders - 30 Reps.

thanks Abbirose, yeah finally some new pics from me. Yeah I can go a bit higher with weight for power & squat cleans but that's a comfortable weight for me for doing several reps. For front squats from a rack I can go up to about 190lbs in weight...looking to get new PRs of course as weeks/months go by doing CrossFit training.

warm up stretches & drills including two 200m runs. skills part was Sumo Deadlift (1 Rep Max) focused on technique instead because Coach Liz suggested. Got up to 3 sets of 4 reps @ 205lbs. WOD was: Metcon (Time) 10 Rounds 5 Power Cleans 25 Double Unders (scaled and did 30 seconds of "struggle" unders)

Thanks Lisa. This workout smacked me in the face though because I thought I would perform better. The box jump burpees were brutal (heart was racing) and back was sore the next day from those deadlifts.
