I had always wanted to get into shape, but it was so intimidating. Walking into a gym and feeling like the only person who doesn't know what to do was overwhelming to me. Having just a few sessions with a personal trainer got me on track to do it myself. I love the fitness life and now it's my turn as a personal trainer to teach and introduce clients to this lifestyle.
