I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I have taken several nutrition courses and have taught group fitness and bootcamps as well as trained one on one session for 3 years. I became a trainer after being an athlete of many sports(track, soccer, football, powerlifting, rugby). I found my passion and wanted others to find that same passion. I competed in my first bodybuilding competition in Nov of 2015 and it is my new hobby. I am Kate. Hopefully your new friend who will help you on your journey to find a healthy balance in life. I stride to create a great combination of mental and physical well-being. Without one of those you can not succeed in being your best self. I have been finding what works for myself, knowing everyone is different, I would love to help other find their perfect balance. I have gone to many extremes when it comes to fitness whether it was trying to have the perfect physique to eating in extreme ways and finding the mental toughness to resist urge's. No one is perfect but it's much easier if you don't have to do it all alone.
