On demand 45 minute HRZ Threshold Ride with Christine D’Ercole on Peloton. Class from 10/07/2019. Nice change of pace. Not a PR by a long shot but 3 good sustained stretches in HRZ 4 and total output of 417kj. Cool playlist to boot. A mix of Sia, RHCP, Queen, U2 and Disturbed to name a few.

On demand 45 minute 80s Rock Ride with Kendall Toole on Peloton. Class from 10/08/2019. Really was struggling during this ride. Not that it was more challenging than other rides; more like I was sucking wind and sluggish the whole time. Couldn’t get out of the saddle for the last 5 minutes of the ride and had to compensate by adding resistance. Output = 424kj avg output 157 watts avg cadence 76rpm

On-demand 45 minute 90s rock ride with just King on Peloton. Class from 8/18/2019. One of my more enjoyable rides lately. Great playlist worth a cool mix of GNR, DMB, Bon Jovi, Counting Crown and Alanis Morisette. Not a PR but definitely a fun and quick feeling ride.

On demand 45 minute climb ride with Hannah Marie Corbin on Peloton. Class from 9/5/2019. Not my favorite class. While I hit some higher HRs, it was inconsistent compared to other instructors. Many of her classes I’ve found are geared more towards beginners. Playlist was erratic as well. I kiss the 80s rides that my other instructors do.

On demand 45 minute Pro cyclist ride with Christian Vande Velde on Peloton. Class from 8/29/2019 First time with him. Professional bicyclist who did Tour De France and works for NBCSN. Over 600 cal burned but my output was rather pedestrian. Not sure how I feel about him as an instructor. Not too many classes offered. Will have to try another to get a better feel for him.
