About Me

I began lifting as a teenager to gain an edge on competition for football. Barring the end of my football career, aside from coaching, I moved in to bodybuilding for a year, and after an accident, began massage therapy and powerlifting. My goals as a personal trainer and massage therapist is to improve functionality of everyday living, help athletes develop skills to excel in their sport, and help anyone willing to lead a healthy lifestyle and learn more about the body.
