About Me

I have always been a fitness enthusiast. Started running, then Barre, then added Hiit. Doing all 3 was a winning combination for me. After being a stay at home mom for 7 years I was looking to go back to work. The American dream is to do what you love, so my business partner and I opened our own fitness studio focusing on the areas we enjoy. Hopefully spreading the love to others, encouraging more people to get up and move!
