Health and Wellness is his passion, former assistant B Ball coach at Huguenut H.S. Kwame Binta committed to lifting weights, healthy eating and exercising in 2000 to stay healthier. In 2000, he was awarded Coach of the Year after coaching Petersburg's camp resident's to Men's Basketball Championship his 1st season in Petersburg, VA. After building a successful property improvement company, Kwame decided to make a career change & became a Personal Fitness Coach in 2012. He earned his certification from Expert Rating. Kwame would like to help more people live a more natural & healthy lifestyle.
