When I was younger i was 240lb and my doctor had told me if I kept up my current lifestyle I would live a short life. It scared the crap out of me but I got into the gym and found my passion. I eventually decided i was happier at the gym working out or helping others more than anything else to achieve there goals so I quit my job and became a trainer.
