Really kicked my ass and I'm panting and really sweaty but I actually did all of this one without quitting or pausing. I feel a headache coming on. Probably need more water.

If I said it was anything less than a tad too hard I'd be lying. I felt like it was a good workout that I hope to be ready for soon. But I had to pause a few times to make it through.

Holy crap that wasn't that hard of a workout but it damn near killed me. Had to pause a few times but I did it all. Been away for a few days between programs but hopefully staying with it. Perhaps I should do the first program a couple more times before this one but we shall see.

Ended up missing yesterday but I've rescheduled and did it today. After the Chiropractic visit and this exercise I'm well down in the pain area which is a good thing!

Boy this one was a major hit to the legs. They feel like they are jello! Been away for a bit cause my car died and had to do research on getting a new one while dealing with the stress. I'm back though and with a new car. Gotta stick with it!

This one felt great today. I had a sore neck and shoulders all day. Took a very hot shower and used a foam roller to pop the joints loose. Then doing this exercise really loosened things further and took a lot of the muscle soreness out.

Well I'll be honest I was only able to get half of this one done. But it was a good core workout. Should help with posture and my back.
