In an ever changing industry promising quick weight loss strategies, it's no wonder why we get caught up in the "yo-yo" cycle. I'm here to say stop the insanity! Unless you are an athlete, are competing in a fitness model competition, or something of that nature, going on these crazy diets and spending all your time in the gym will not teach you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life. I don't know about you, but I want to enjoy life. I am the founder of Balance You Personal Training and run small group classes. I try to teach my clients to change their focus and look within themselves. Our bodies have most of the answers if we just choose to listen.
