Hey Heidi! How are you doing? Will start yet again slowly this week after my injury 2 weeks ago, where I got sharp pain in knee, swelling and liquid. Finally, seems it was a cartilage crack as there were cartillage crystals in the liquid. Could have been there since the accident as micro crack. Happt though my ligament is still there ☺

I am sorry Pat i didn't answer before but my phone doesn't want to tell me when people notify me 😤😤 soooo... my hip is better, can do 🦋 without pain and so I'm going to look for more flexibility with some hip opener and stretch. sometimes, especially when I'm lying in bed feel something strange in there ... can't describe exactly (need to improve my English immediately! 🙄🙄🙄🙄) but Heidi's yin sciatica made me feel better do had to restart this wo. my shoulder started to be better after first time I did your "caught in the loop" 😂😂😂😂...

I was careful with sit throughs, but managed. Replaced hand released push ups by shorty push ups. Happy knee is good amd I can do this again!
