About Me

Hi there, back again and yeah lost totally my wonderful shape due to some changes in my life. Sadly I gave up myself and gained - yep. True Story. But I don't cry... If you do it to yourself you need to fix yourself, right? So there you go I'm going to create tons of sessions. First will be mostly Bodyweight /Functional (you will need now and then weights, a rope, a box or step and that's it. This is my "Titans & Gods Workout" Plan. After I am done with this I will have an another plan which is going to be kind of Freeletics I will call it "Hellfire Helix" yet it will be very intense. As soon I have the first 15 Week plan set up I will share here a download link here for the PDF - so it will be a Cardio/Strengh mix - more will follow soon. So stay tuned and let me know how you like it!

Wow, after I got out of the pool my body felt heavy as lead. I seriously forgot how that feels. I did 64 laps of breaststroke within the time. Which means I did swim 25 meters each lap equals 1600 meters guess approx one Mile. Hey for the first time after 6 years. I did it well, clapping lol I'm planning to go more often swimming. let's see.

swimming is amazing. while i do it i don't feel the fatigue. it sets in an hour after i m done. great job !

need cardio, having some trouble with my hip (dysplasia) guess muscles are too weak. So working to improve first loosing some chubbs first. Doing Hip exercises to be pain free again. This time I hear the alarm... working to fix it. Tomorrow will have a swimming day. Tough but I won't stop

That's great Sue, I just got back from gym, it's good to change it up, I do the same thing. Now I'm using skimble for my body weight training and cardio, and hit the gym for weight training. And I love your workout, it helped me increase my bench press:-)) thanks

Wow! You improved your bench press? This great! Keep going ;-) my tiny muscles started to grow as well and very proud of my achievement so far. Thanks for letting me know... I will start in September with classes as a group instructor. Lol Decided if I work out every day anyway why not getting paid as a side job ;-)
