About Me

I'm passionate about exercise because I love the feeling I get when I do it. I have a BA Hons in Sport and Recreation Development. I moved to London in my early 20s to work in the Sports Sponsorship industry until my early 30s. I'm still here but I'm now a part time swimming teacher and Personal Trainer. I mostly train women in local parks and on local commons. Exercising outdoors has loads of benefits. It is proven to.... ....REDUCE stress, tension, anger and depression ....INCREASE feelings of revitalisation, positive energy, wellbeing and happiness. ....INCREASE the likelihood of you sticking with an exercise routine. And also btw... YOU DON'T GET A GOOD ASS BY SITTING ON IT!
