I am an ACSM certified personal trainer and ACE certified Health Coach. My training background of twelve years has been at the YMCA, Jewish Community Center, park districts and private clubs. I have successfully guided my clients to lifestyle changes resulting in weight loss and increased muscle tone with Health Coaching and Strength Training. An RRCA certified running coach, I train athletes for distance running. I have coached junior high cross country and I have trained many individuals for races from 5K to marathon distance. In addition, I have trained with Lee Saxby on barefoot running technique. My running career began at age 40. I have run 44 marathons in 34 states. I have qualified for the Boston Marathon several times and completed it four times. My goal is to finish a marathon in each of the 50 states.
