About

I grew up as an athlete first with wrestling and then I became immersed in the sport of rock climbing. I was always fascinated with the training and the science behind the training. I graduated from Purdue University in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Movement and Sports Science. After working for a year at a sports performance facility in Indianapolis, I followed cliff faces down to Chattanooga, TN in 2013. I train sports teams, youth and collegiate athletes, and awesome adults with general fitness goals at Scenic City Strength and Fitness in Chattanooga, where I am the Director of Athletic Performance.
