About Me

I obtained my Personal Training certification in 2006 after my Mom was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Type 2 Diabetes. When she passed away in 2008 from ill health, I became more passionate about health, wellness, and overall life balance. I have have experience in Weight Loss, Pain Managment, Pilates, TRX, Strength and Conditioning, Qigong, Reiki, Guided Relaxation, Aroma Therapy, Adaptive Yoga, and Group Exercise. I believe in the importance of becoming and staying connected to the Mind, Body, and Spirit. My exercise programs combine cognitive, physical, and spiritual practices on an individual basis. Overall, I look forward to working with clients to help them achieve MBS balance, and live their life to the fullest.
