About Me

I am a Bsc (Hons) Business and Management Graduate.I am a YMCA Level 2 Fitness Instructor with 2 additional qualifications: YMCA Level 2 Award In Community Activation YMCA Level 3 Award In Supervising Disabled Clients. Recently, I have qualified as a Active IQ Level 3 Personal Trainer. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients through Skimble and in person training including weight loss, body toning , women's transformations and disability coaching. I currently enjoy Body pump , free weights , resistance training and bodyweight workouts. 1:1 online Training includes: - A personalised training plan - one to one support when required - meal options I am also available for 1 to 1 pt sessions in london.
