I thought this one would be much easier after i got some upper body strength from pole dance....but no..... Why? :(

Either there's other muscles involved (e.g. not the chest so much I suppose) or you're not training often enough. Pole dancing once a week will give you good progress as well but much slower as if you're training say 3 or 4 times a week or do say 30 pushups every morning. The core stuff (planks) should be a piece of cake though right?

I donΒ΄t train arms so often as I donΒ΄t like that on women and am scared of it :D But I still thought it would be easier. Planks were ok :)
