I feel this is an important topic for women in general, and even more so if they have been pregnant. There is a specialised type of physical therapist who deals with women's pelvis. There are muscles in that area that are often uncoordinated and weak even in women who have never had a baby. Some women who have just had a baby may be ancious to get back into shape. Thanks for sharing this! It is the 3rd time over this past week i have heard this online, so apparently this is a growing in awareness tpye of issue. However, this is by far the best article I have seen. For some reason, i really like doing the "dead bugs" they recommend in the video.

It does help, for sure. A lot of the treats are made to taste good so you buy more and eat more. It's just easier not to have them where they are easily accessible.
