At a hotel so did lots of mobility and stregthening work. It's always great to zero in on weak areas, and even take a few steps back to tackle muscles often neglected by the big lifts. If you never do that you'll wind up compensating with other muscles, because your body will still try to do the movements you put it through, one way or the other.
