The hip trusters set-up. Getting the hang of it! Did my sets with 130KG today, which is 20 more than last week! If this isn't gonna give my some booty. I don't know what is?!?!?!

Yeah, I felt last week went 'easy' so added some weights. This went good aswell. It did burn on the right places though haha

Yeah LT, it sure kicks my but Haha. Heidi, I think I'll stick to just my heavy sets once a week. I can't go to crazy since I squat 3/4 times a week. I have to devide the workload on my hamstrings and hips. Otherwise I'll just end up with burned out legs and I can't squat anymore Hehe.

Trusters aren't so bad. It's easier to hold tension on the lumbar spine and glutes. Which makes issues less prominent. I have a disk on my left side which at times decides to shift out of place a little :-) which can be damn annoying and painful hehe

Usually with posterior bending of the spine. So more related to deadlifts, rows and that kinda work. Or lacing my shoes. That has fucked my up almost the most hehe
