Just made and had my first, regular, homemade protein shake in just over a month. I modified while I was away. Now, supposed to snow tonight, and water pipe burst while I was away (thank heaven water valve got turned off), so going to get water. (Plumber on Thursday.) Work out when I get back!

Pear 15-minute VO2 max test. 5-min zone 1 warm-up, 10-min zone 2 cardio = new VO2 max score. Do every few weeks. VO2M has improved.

2 negative UNassisted pull-ups. More like drop-downs. Jump and HOLD flexed position, then slowly lowering feet to floor. Good challenge.

Anyone know a Skimble workout for a 1-mile brisk hike or walk that burns around 300 calories? Ours included a 190-foot, or 57-metre, incline. We did this in 34 minutes, walking the dog. Thank you!
