It was OK. I didn't burn as much as I thought I would. I had no idea what lunge kicks were..... But it was OK. Please comment and tell me if any of you have gotten a bigger butt from a workout on here and what it is. Thanks!

Would be a great warm up or cool down. Cardio and abs is a good combo. One thing....... I HATE BURPEES!! 😜
