After the birth of my first child in 2010 I was 80lbs overweight and knew very little about fitness as the time. The irony was that I was in the Army at the time. I needed to drop the weight in order to stay in the military and I hated looking in the mirror. I began by tracking my food on a phone app and began a daily cardio regimen. I lost the weight but was always tired from so much cardio. I realized that I needed to incorporate strength training into my workout. I liked it so much that I wanted to help others make the same changes in their life. Now I spend much less time exercising and the rest of it helping others find the right plan for their goals!
