I am a Final Year Business and Management Student. During my time at University , I have qualified as a YMCA Level 2 Fitness Instructor with 2 additional qualifications: YMCA Level 2 Award In Community Activation YMCA Level 3 Award In Supervising Disabled Clients I have experience working with a wide variety of clients through Skimble and in person training including weight loss, body toning , women's transformations and disability coaching. I currently enjoy Body pump , free weights , resistance training and bodyweight workouts.
