About Me

At 44, after raising 4 children and having recent lumbar and cervical fusion surgeries, I decided to get fit. A little less than 2 years later and a whole lot healthier, I found myself here looking for inspiration and information. Not much at all really but I’m used to this. Been doing them for over 2 years now. If you’re just beginning I would suggest 30 sec to a minute intervals.
